Has anyone used the course Abandoned Properties
by Joseph M. Kaiser?
I’m going to start in RE Investing this way then progress to Lease op to buy.
What books are good source of Info regarding flipping contracts.

I am doing the same research and have found the articles on this web site great. I have also found that Ron LeGrand’s course is an option. Also, Joe Kaiser is coming out with his flipping course next month (per Joe himself).

Hope this helps. I am sure there is more info out there, so if anyone can also let us know, that would be great.
