Robert, this is not the easiest thing in the world to explain and does cost money initially, to learn effective techniques and strategies. Basically, you find a property for well below market value that may need a little fixing up and you get it under contract for a certain amount of money. You then, find an investor who you have pay slightly more than you paid( or were supposed to pay) The difference is your profit.Our company does this all the time and travels nationwide teaching others to do the same. A very realistic result after being trained is to make between $3000-$15000 on each deal. How many deals can you do? As many as you want Robert. When I started I made $50,000 within the first 2 months, all with none of my own money. Of course this will take work but the results are astounding! Please respond if you need more info. Thanks
