If you’re talking about assigning the contract and it’s listed then the Realtor Association contract would have to have specific language prohibiting assignment otherwise, it’s probably assignable. Check with an attorney or local investment club message board and find someone who has used their contract.

Can you flip to an investor if you get the contract from a realtor? Are there
any problems in this? If you need info, I’m thinking of the Jersey City area.
