Doubtful. But call your city and ask.

We have had fliers printed and want to pass them out in apt complexes to find people who would like to do lease purchase deals. Is there any legalities we should be worried about when passing them out? We know that they can’t be put in the mailboxes, but I wasn’t sure if the landlords have a law on their side that would prevent us from being able to do this. Please advise. Thank you!

I read somewhere a while back, maybe on this board, about a guy who makes flyers for the specific house he is attempting to sell. He then does a reverse search using the appartment complex address, and he get a list by name of everone in the complex. Then he mails the flier information for that house to show them what he has to offer them. Sounds like it might work, but I haven’t tried it yet.

My flier guy tries to do apartment complexes on Saturdays. His belief is that if you do it during the week, the maintenance guys are likely to remove your fliers before the renters get to see them.

Just a thought.
