Yes, you are supposed to have a mobile home dealer’s license if you plan to buy “and sell” one or more mobile homes in the state of Florida. The law isn’t usually enforced unless someone complains and it isn’t clear if you need a license to buy mobile homes and lease them with an option to buy.
