Ask the title company for their form - they should have one. Tell them that since the resolution has to satisfy them, that it would be helpful if they gave you the form so you know it will be right.

I am closing on the sale of my first rehab and the title company is asking for my corporate resolution.

I am assuming it is a form I fill out stating that my company intends on buying and selling real estate.

Is that correct? Can someone e-mail me the proper form? I am in Florida.
