in my market here in ga, i"d pass that one by.That is high for a 1982 model. That is 19 yrs old almost. I would state this age to the owner and do some bargaining with them. The book value is probadly o on this older home.

WE are looking at possibly out first deal
a 1982 14x60 for $2900.

However the sellers said that the park had recently been sold and they were pretty sure that sometime in the next two years the park was gonna be demoed to expand the subdivision adjacent that contains homes that sell for $675k.

Said the PK owners would give them 6 months notice to move.

Should we pass on this deal since the park may be a destroyed?

Might could get a deal on some of the trailers that the owners dont wanna move though when its time.
