First deal fell through!!! - Posted by Sherry W

My first buyer fell through. Reported different income then on his W-2’s. I’m having a hard time selling these 2 houses. I need some money quick. I had excellent credit(not now).
I found the lenders for me & buyers. Can find the deals. Now finding a good contractor is another story. But cannot find anyone who can qualified.
Even offered owner financing. Have 1 house still under contract. Have someone interested in the other house. They have been approved with the Ship program.
Now that I got this off my chest, I am off to do some marketing.

If the market in your neck of the woods is turning a little sour, why not rent the house out and get some needed relieve from outgoing payments.

Harley,
I’m in Pensacola area. I think it’s a tough area.
Phil,
I have a loan for 12 mos. Interest pymts. every month.
Ballon pymt. dued Sept.
If I have to I will cash-out and L/O or rent. I don’t see any other option.
I have it in motion - if I need to cash-out.
Thanks for the advice.
