I looked at a few and decided that the structure needed to come down. Basically the asking price was higher than what I thought the property and the foundation were worth. Any other comments?
These were advertised in the local sunday paper as such.

Does anybody have any ideas how to locate fire damaged properties? Our local paper does not list them and I struck out at the fire dept.
There must be an easy way because all those rehab companies and the other companies that want to represent you when dealing with insurance find these properties immediately.
