It depends on how much it will cost to bring the house to fair market value. FIND OUT WHAT THE COST TO REPAIR THE HOUSE TO Sellable value.

There is a home for sale that has been 2/3rds damaged by fire. It was a 4/2. The neighborhood is really nice. Houses go between 160 - 200. The owner is asking 55k no negotiating. Is it worth it?
