I was just about to post the exact same question when I saw it already posted. Same question, for Pensacola FL. Are eviction notices recorded with the clerk, and thus accessible by the public?

Hello, I am familiar with the court house’s public records, and have been sending postcards to the Lis Pendens in my area. Is there a way to find the addresses of properties that landlords have filed evictions for tenants in Florida?
Also, does anyone have any other good sources of motivated sellers that I should be searching at the court house as well?
Thanks…
Richie

Have you tried calling on some “for rent” ads out of the paper? Some of these will be LL’s who have just evicted, and all of them have a vacancy…just a thought.

Can you give me a quick step by step on how you find that information at the courthouse? Is it usually on computer or do you have to dig through books? Thanks
