How much down would you need for conventional financing? What are the houses apraised at, what is the cashflow, vacancy rate and would you concider taking on a partner. (that can’t spell Like me) Let me know maybe I could help you.

I am seeking leads to mortgages brokers who specailize in 100% financing with either no closing cost or roll over closing cost mortgages for investors. I have been approach by an investor to take over 6 properties, (single family houses) here in the greater Fort Lauderdaale area. My credit is excellent. I need to move quickly or I may lose this chance.
Anyone have any leads
