superpages.com is the best place I’ve seen to find parks.
The rest of the stuff you’ll have to find out by calling…

Hey all, I’m a bit new to the game here. I read everything here I can, plus Lonnie’s stuff as well. The question I have is: How do I get a list of all of the MHPs in the state I live, i.e. Ohio? I’m looking for a place that I can get it in an excel format with all of the good info so I can juggle it the way that works for my partner and me. (name, address, phone/fax/email, sites, 55+, etc.) I’ve seen some websites with out-dated info more than I care to admitt! Where can I get this info relatively quick and at little to no cost. Huge thanks in advance.

The real gems aren’t listed–you have to drive the streets to find them. Good luck!

all in Excel format, current, fast and free?
You dont want much, do ye? hehe
Try the county assessors in the counties of interest - they may have info. . . mobilehomeparkstore.com has a listing of parks by state.
But you are probably going to have to expend some legwork, and phone time, to get all that you desire.
