I don’t live in either place, but I would think finding motivated sellers is all the same.
Do a search, and check out the how-to articles. You’ll find A LOT of info.

I have purchased a few properties from real estate agents in the UK but am finding it hard to find private sellers.
I was told the US real estate market is far more advanced than UK and you have great possible methods for finding specific private sellers in urgent need to sell their property.
Any suggestions on this would be appreciated
