How do you guys find out of state owners? In my area, you have to first give an address, THEN they tell you where the owner is located. Is there a way to search by owner’s state?
Thanks in advance!
Theo

I followed Kristines advice, and got a list of out of state owners for my home zip code. I only had to ask and they mailed me a disk with all the info on it… makes things VERY easy and I will be sending them postcards this week… Thanks Kristine!

Theo: if you develop a relationship with a title company, their customer service depts. provide data and labels, usually for free. You could also look in your yellow pages for data services and see what kind of searches they could do for you and what kind of lists they provide.
Sincerely, Kristine

I use RealQuest.com…
They offer a 30 day trial on the service… A service of this type makes investing a lot easier…
