I wanted to get some information from all of the heavy hitters out there. What are some of the best ways to find real estate deals (no more than 1 year projects) to finance? I am experienced in finding 2-unit and etc, but now that I have connections with funding, it’s more difficult to locate larger projects.

What price range are you interested in? I have a lot of discounted higher end properties that get run by me all the time(not necessarily needing fixup) and also highly discounted raw land to develop on.
