Do a search for home values…one of those sites was the one i used…

If it is in the last 4 years you can go to chicagotribune.com and click on homes tab and recent sales. Put in the city and year. If that doesnt work try domainia.com.

Or, you can get his PIN from the Cook County Assesors web page. Then go to City Hall or a Courthouse that has access to the Recorders Deeds. You can either pull it up at the Recorders office, or if you need to see the document you have to go downtown to the Recorders office Tract Room. Hope this helps.
