Finding Contacts at Banks for Purchase of Non-Performing Mortgages

My clients and I are looking for contacts at banks to whom we can make offers to purchase non-performing notes and mortgages. Does anyone have such contact information for any banks, or can someone please tell me where I can find them?

You’re just going to have to call asset managers at several banks. Some banks have an automated system. But either way, you are going to need to contact the asset management department. Time to get on the phone!
