I am just getting into the commercial mortgage business. does anyone know what are the best ways to generate leads and find borrowers who need a commercial loan? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i myself am looking for a lender to borrow approx. $275,000.00 for a business near a local lake/state park with camping, fishing and a marina. my interest in this property is to flip it. please advise
