I use Pacer at work. If you call their customer service number, they will walk you thru whatever process you want to implement. I found them very helpful.

about using PACER to find people who have started the bankruptcy process but
did not qualify. That may not make sense so let me ask this another way: I want
to send letters to people who started the bankruptcy process but are not getting
protection from their creditors. How can I use PACER to make a list of people in
my geographic area to market to? I already got myself a login and password
assigned to my company but I don’t know what to do with the PACER website.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
