How can I find a buyer for a simultaneous close on a short sale. I have a home under contract that I need a cash buyer. I’ve been trying on-line but I haven’t found one yet.

Ideally from your own buyers list. As James said an ad in the paper but also check the ads for investors that are selling. They may be buyers too. Give a pitch at you local investors association. Some auction houses may allow you to sell this deal.
But my question is; why did you buy it without the ability to close or a clue who you are going to sell it to? Let me guess, it’s a 30 day contract.
