Hi Ed.
My brother and I are recent college grads and want to start investing. We have a contract on a duplex fixer upper that we got a good deal on.(fannie mea foreclosure) I found out that the duplex next door is also for sale and has been on the market for almost a year now. WIll it be hard for us to get another mortgage for this duplex? Also, my income to dept ratio might be a problem. I already have a home and am going to get another mortgage with the fannie mae home. Will I have to do a NO DOC loan(higher interest rate 8%) Or do you have any suggestions for us to get financing. Thanks for you advise
