Are you looking to put any money down? If so then you have some options. If not you can contact a credit management company and they can show you how to raise your score in a short period of time to get better loans. I know a few good places to try.

Presently have only a 600 mid score,would like some info on what types of financing options are possible.I am interested in financing rehabs as well as rentals to hold.Credit is not the best,but is also not the worst,what can I do?
