I finally may have found my first Lonnie Deal, a mobile home available that is selling for 9,000. I am going to try and get them down to 4,000. But besides that, does anyone have any adivce on how to acquire financing rather than using your own cash? Thank!

There aren’t many financing options for mobile homes. Isn’t the owner financing what makes a Lonnie Deal so successful.

You could try 21st Mortgage. I talked to someone over there and he said that they might consider such a loan.
