I recently spoke with a lender about financing a home that I intended to sell for a quick profit. He ended the conversation abruptly telling me that lenders don’t like to deal in that kind of loan because there is not enough money in it for them. How is it that some lenders will go that route and others will not? Investers here in Georgia are tight on divulging financing sources. They wouldn’t tell you the time of day if they worked in a clock factory.
