Probally any local bank as long as you have adequate equity. I know there have been alot of posts regarding banks not wanting to finance parks but I patronize a bank that has had good experience with them. I have 4 parks with them now. I have never figured the reasoning that single family homes are a banks best real estate risk, if someone hiccups be it divorce, job loss, whatever, the bank has a problem. I’ve never seen a sfh make a dime yet with a mortgagee in it.
