We are in the business of buying, fixing and reselling mobile homes. Quite often, we get one that was built in the 80’s still in structurally good condition and needing cosmetic work. Most of our buyers need some type of financing and if we owner finance it ties up our cash. Looking for ideas on getting over this hurdle or finding someone who is willing to finance our buyers directly or buy the notes from us.
