We’re in negotiations to purchase two mobile home parks in Southern Texas. However, we just found out that the bank we’re working with, Propsperity Bank, will not lend to a tenant in common structure, and they want one partnership entity. Many of us need to 1031 into the park. Does anyone know of a lender who is lends to mobile home parks and is savy abou tenant in commons?
