I negotiated a short sale and have found a buyer for the property. I am making 10k on the deal, but my buyer is having problems finding a lender that will finance the property. It seems they want me to close in my name first, then sell to her. I just want to assign my sales contract and have her close in her name. I get my assignment fee at the closing. Does anyone have any ideas to solve this? Thanks in advance.
