I’m looking at a 2 family in my town that i would like to purchase and flip in about 3 months. It needs cosmetic repairs and I can purchase about 20% below market. What kind of financing would be best(Interest-only, etc.)

Yes, I can give you a $0 down loan interest only. Although it does NOT include rehab money. What state are you in?
