You can try go get a biz line credit for the LLC throught first horizon, HSBC or M&T. Must have good credit. Check www.creditboards.com on to establish Biz credit in a short time (Business credit forum)

Is it possible to get 100% financing for an LLC? a business line of credit for the LLC? wanting to buy residential rental properties and want to free up cash since lenders want 10% down since they are investment properties. Please help
