Investor has option, buyer has 593 score, couldn’t get FHA. Investor now told by mortgage broker that investor can’t carry the rest because she is not on the title, and plus the seasoning issue.

Does anyone know of any lenders who will overlook seasoning or let the investor carry, or how to do that. The house legitimately appraises for much more than flip price; repairs are completed.

Of course she needs a better buyer, but it’s slow right now.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Ann

try to assign your contract to the buyer in which case the seller would be the current owner.
