How can I finance a deal with no money down for a REO property with low credit score , or how can I find a Private Lender to finance the property? I am retired and trying to invest in real estate.

Do you have any of the following ?, Stocks, Bonds, U.S. Treasuries, OTC:BB or Pink Sheets with a minimum value of $100 K, if so i have a program that will allow you to borrow up to 80% of face value with no credit or income checks.
This is a great program for anyone, funds can be used for anything, business or personal with no recourse if you default on your stock loan. This is a great way to get those much needed funds for your real estate deals.
Loan terms are for 3 years with interest only payments, (principle is optional) interest rates are between 2.5% and 4.5% with quarterly payments, and no fees to you !.
Any questions ?, please email me at ljrfinancial@yahoo.com
