We are making an offer on a mini storage project. The Owner wants all cash. We can afford 20% down, but the lenders we’ve talked to want 25% at least, plus 3-4% closing costs and a personal guarantee rather than a non-recourse loan. We don’t want to do it that way.
Does anyone have any creative solutions?
