I am presently trying to learn as much as I can about Creative Financing Techniques and Real Estate Investing so I can SAFELY start investing. I am not sure that the Creative Financing Techniques I’ve read and learned about are applicable in Canada. (flipping, no money down etc.)
I would appreciate insight from fellow Canadians. Have you been able to apply these techniques successfully? What glaring differences have you noticed?
