What fees are involved when buying a rental property and paying 100% cash? Lawyers fees for title search? Closing costs?

Also, do the normal closing costs apply when I roll this over into a mortgage?

Title Insurance, Doc pre fee, any commissions due, Recording etc…

Normal recording fees (check with your County Clerk) and Title Policy. If you hire an attorney, he gets paid too. There will not be a mortgage recording fee but a Deed stamp will cost ya’.
