The trust is completely ignored for federal income tax purposes…use SS#/FEIN of beneficial owner, no separate ID # needed.

I probably missed this in Bill’s Land Trust course.
Do I need to get a Fed Tax ID for every land trust that I form?
Also, do I have to keep separate financial records for every trust?
