Having to be responsible/liable for their every action, inaction, mistake and error.
Running a real estate brokerage is like running a day care center for adults. More importantly, profit margins in the industry are horrible.
Having a commissioned salesperson sell your inventory is one thing. Running a retail brokerage operation is another.
Don’t do it.

I finally got my Real Estate Broker License!
I understand that REMAx does not charge a per deal fee… more of a desk fee per month…
Any pros or cons on putting Salespeople under me and charging them a flat per month fee?
