Thanks.

At this time last year FARES only covered Tarrant and Travis counties in Texas. Does anyone know if they have expanded their coverage in the GREAT state of Texas?

Fares now has El Paso, Bexar, Collin, Dallas, & Denton as well as Tarrant & Travis counties. Talk about brain dead…I shouldn’t even admit this. I have had FARES on disc for over a year, but only in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. I just recently switched to online service but have not used it because I have been having MAJOR computer problems(my new computer is on the way thank goodness). Anyway I had this bright idea of checking MY WIN 2 DATA online to see if I really did have data from all over the U.S.(selected counties of course) as advertized. Well bust my britches, there it was just Bigger-n-Dallas…I am soooooooooo smart!!!

There are several issues that stop FARES from going all over Texas. One being that this is a non-disclosure state.
Where are you at? I may have information that could help depending on what part of Texas you are in. You can email me direct if you want.

John, you are probably brighter than myself, and have already picked up on it but just in case… it is courthouse data for doing comps.

Vlad, online means you access the data by modem as opposed to a data disc. The data is current online as opposed to 3-4 months old. FARES is available in 32 states plus the Dist. of Columbia.
