I’m in Houston. I’ve bought a couple of FNMA homes. They are listed with realtors here, like most lender-owned houses. You’ll likely have to learn about the houses through realtors, as well as make offers through them.

-I have noticed that some homes are listed at inexpensive prices by Fannie Mae, on their site, in certain areas where I am familiar with full market value.
-Has anyone here had any dealings with fannie mae purchases,as I find their website unclear from the investing perspective? I would greatly appreciate any experience, advice, or collaborative ideas regarding these possible purchases. I live in the metro NY area.
