I take care of my mother since 1994 when my dad passed im the only child of 8 that takes care of her and i have been putting all my money and time in her house and keeping her up and she doesnt have a will and his and her name are on the deed to the house and he has 4 other kids from a other marriage. My question is what happens if she passes with no will and i have all this time and money in this place. What will they be intitled to if she does . Thank you.
