T’ee could be anybody, anywhere, geography no real issue.

And universal law is that if he dies or just quits functioning, your local court could, upon your suit/motion, order that he be replaced and would appoint a replacement.

Ancient law is “no trust will fail for want of trustee”.

I hv a brother in law in Canada. Any restrictions in using a citizen of another country as a trustee in a land trust? Any major practical considerations?
