I filed for eviction to get Possession because of cleanliness and destruction of property. And it was granted by the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. At which time the tentant had 10 day to appeal and she did. Just need to know if I should get a lawer? She is section 8 with some kids if that makes a difference. I just want her out before the place is worse then it already is. She has a lawer I do not as of yet. She is also month to month as of now so maybe as a last resort I could give a 30 day notice??? thanks for any help.
