I have a 5 bedroom unit in Boston, MA. I have a 30 day TAW agreement with 3 of the renters listed on the lease agreement. I would like to send them a 14 day notice to quit (non-payment of rent). Question is, how does a Constable handle multiple tenants? Does each tenant need to be served seperatly? and if so, do I have to issue seperate summary process summons’ to each tenant? or can I simply add all of the tenants names onto the same summary process summons form?
Also - if anyone can recommend a good landlord attorney in the Boston area, I would really appreciate it.
