There are different eviction requirements for different situations.
Renters
Roomers
Housing for employees who are fired
The rules are different for each one. You might be lucky and find that a 24 hour notice will suffice or unlucky and find that you have to file lawsuit for ejectment (up to 5 years if your local court is a mess).

In my Buddhist temple, without going into details, we have some unwanted person(s) living in the monk quarter. We are planning to do unlawful detainer and evict that person. Can we simply give him a 3-day notice without giving any reason? He doesn’t pay any rent but sort of being approved/brought in by one of the monks. What form and procedure can we use?
