Establishing a Relationship with Park Managers

Hi,

I am just starting out and am going to be looking for my first Lonnie deal this weekend. I was just wondering what the best way is to go about establishing a relationship with park managers?

How should I introduce myself and what should I say?

I want to make sure I don’t do anything that would ruin my chances of investing in their parks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
