I don’t know about that particular program , but Ernie is the man. I saw him speak a couple months ago on BKs & was very impressed. I couldn’t go to his seminar on the subject but I’m sure as heck going to put his recently completed BK course on the top of my list. BKs shouldn’t be a roadblock - they should be an opportunity.

Hi all
Just wondering if anyone is familiar with buying private mortgages? I know Ernie Kessler offers a program to begin in this business and he will put up the money to buy the mortgage as long as it meets his requirements. Anyone in his program or similar one? Is the market saturated with people doing this?
