I tried to work his system to find Contract for Deeds
that owners would want to sell. I did hours, days, and weeks of work in 2 local County Couthouses.In in course of several months I presented 18-20 deals to
get funded by Ernie. Not one happened; as his offer
was so rediculously low that if I kept any of the offer as my fees no owner in his right mind would have accepted.
