I have been working with my self-directed IRA with Entrust for over a year now. The people at Entrust are great. You can always get someone on the phone to help you. But from what I read about Mid-Ohio, it would be cheaper to deal with them. One other complaint I have is that Entrust sends out statements once a quarter. They also don’t allow access to account information via the Web. Since I deal in mobile home notes, I would greatly appreciate being able to see if payments were posted on time without having to call customer service every month.
