Sonia,

I am nearly deaf and this is what I do. I have a Tdd phone and use the voice carry over in all my calls. The operator acts as my ears and types what the other person is saying, and I reply vocally to the other party.

The relay operators numbers that I have are: 1-800-326-6868 tdd and 1-800-326-6888 voice.

Before I discovered this I was always frustrated when it comes to making telephone calls to conduct business. And this has been a God Send to me.If you want more info and help or suggestions regarding how a deaf or nearly deaf person can work the Real Estate business let me know and I can share some of my experiences. A person that is hearing impaired has to put up with a lot more than people with normal hearing does.

Hi, everyone:

I have a friend who’s deaf. He has quite a few questions
about Mr. Sheets’ course, and my friend prefers to get the
answers directly from Sheets’ people.

So, I was wondering if maybe somebody knows of an email
address or TDD # for Customer Service at carletonsheets.com
that my friend could use? I checked the site and all I
found were toll-free numbers which, in this case, are
useless.

Thanks in advance for your help.
